I offer an initial 30 minute free ‘get to know’ each other consultation. This helps you decide if you would like this style of therapy and to find out more about me, and me about you.
Every person is unique, we may have similar experiences however each persons lived life is different.
I am interested in you, what your needs are, what do you want to achieve in therapy, and life’s aspirations.. What are your current struggles and what is most pressing for you to find answers and clarity on. I work in the here and now predominately, with an eye to the past when relevant and a vision on what you would like your life to be about.
I want you to live the life you want, I am here to help and support you through whatever issues you are currently facing.
So whether you have depression, anxiety, finding life difficult or needing to make changes in life and need support.
Therapy with me will be relational and collaborative. A therapy plan suited to what your needs are, who you are and working in methods that you respond best too.
I work inclusively and offer a anti oppressive and non judgemental space for therapy. Together we will regularly review the therapeutic progress so we can check how effective the therapy is for you.
